My name is Krista Murphy, and I’m excited to share why I’m passionate about empowering small businesses and developing strong leaders. With over a decade of executive experience in operations and another decade in directing human resources, I bring a unique combination of expertise to provide real-world solutions that enhance team performance, foster vibrant workplace cultures, and drive business success.

My career began as a Director of Operations, where I led teams and tackled complex business functions firsthand. Over the years, I noticed that many organizations, especially small businesses, struggled to find HR solutions that genuinely supported their day-to-day realities. Too often, HR felt disconnected from operational needs, leaving leaders and teams without effective support. Determined to change this, I transitioned into HR, combining my operations background with a dedication to developing people-centered strategies.

What sets me apart is my practical, balanced approach. I don't consider myself a consultant—I’m a strategic business partner. I’m not here to sell you some cookie-cutter system. I’m here to collaborate with you, working side by side to build the level of HR and leadership your business truly needs to thrive.
