 I’m Krista Murphy, Founder of The People Path — and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m an operations leader to my core. I was forged on the floor of busy businesses, managing shifting priorities, tight margins, and diverse teams long before I ever set foot in HR.


That’s my biggest differentiator. I understand the pressures your leaders face because I’ve lived them. I know what it takes to drive outcomes, keep customers happy, and protect the bottom line — all while navigating the complex realities of the people who power your business.


Over more than two decades in Executive Operations and Human Resources, I’ve seen too many companies try to solve human problems with sterile, checkbox-driven HR solutions. It doesn’t work.
